KRITIKA PATHAK

Kritika Pathak is student doctor currently studying in her final year of medical school. She is a self motivated medical student who is academically oriented with experience in health research, public speaking, volunteering and working in various international youth led networks with a passion for Health Education and Advocacy. 

A small research project with her University Professor over a summer break ignited her interest in health research which is the way forward towards ‘Evidence Based Medicine’ and now she aspires to be a Physician Scientist.

She is currently interning at CRABH and working towards Healthy Aging and Longevity, researching various therapies that could prolong our ‘healthspan’( number of healthy, functional years a person lives) to counter the burden of chronic diseases and illnesses in aging populations which poses a risk to handicap world economies and deteriorate the quality of life. In her spare time, she loves listening to music and dancing. Interestingly, she is also a social media fanatic!
